They got married in a church and asked us to take care of the church protocol coordination to ensure everything went perfectly. Managing the timing, overseeing the entrances of the couple and their entourage, attending to the guests, coordinating the readings, distributing the rice, and managing the buses were some of our tasks.

Having Ari and her team for the church protocol helped us keep everything under control, so we didn't have to worry about anything that day! They coordinated the groom's entrance when I was already arriving at the church, organized the entry and exit of guests, spoke with the choir, checked the flowers, handed out missals, distributed rice, set off fireworks, escorted people to the buses, among other things, so no family member or friend had to take on those responsibilities. For us, it was total peace of mind, and everything went perfectly!!
